2. Categories of data processed
Data provided voluntarily: first name, surname, company, role, email, telephone number and message content, collected through the contact forms, the AI maturity test and the needs check-up available on the site.
Browsing data: IP addresses, device identifiers and page usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie Policy) only with prior consent where required.
3. Purposes and legal bases
a) Responding to requests (forms, test, check-up): performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
b) Sending promotional communications and newsletters (email marketing), including via the Mailchimp platform: consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, revocable at any time (unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to the Controller).
c) Statistical analysis and marketing through measurement tools and pixels (Google, social media): consent given via the cookie banner — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
d) Site security and legal defence: legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Third-party tools used
With prior consent where required, the site may use: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.); Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Facebook/Instagram); LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland U.C.); Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) for sending emails and newsletters; FormSubmit for forwarding form submissions to the Controller's mailbox. These providers process data as independent controllers or processors under their respective terms.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (in particular in the USA). In such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of adequacy decisions (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention
Contact data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, for promotional purposes, until consent is withdrawn. Browsing data is retained for the durations indicated in the Cookie Policy.
7. Data subject rights
Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@webbidu.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali — www.garanteprivacy.it).
8. Nature of provision
Providing the data marked as required is necessary to follow up on your request; failure to provide it makes it impossible to respond. Consent to promotional purposes is always optional.
9. Minors
The site is not intended for anyone under 18 and the Controller does not knowingly collect data relating to minors.
